Nagaraja Akkisetty is the most popular-visionary politician in Telugu Desam Party and also Most Popular NRI. He was born in Kadapa, AP,D.O.B – 14.12.1972 .India to SUBBAIAH AKKISETTY and RAJAMMA AKKISETTY couple. He got married to VIJAYALAKSHMI and lives in UK.
Nagaraja studied BACHELOR IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, BANGALORE UNIVERSITY. He entered abroad in the year 2011.
Nagaraja worked as project manager at IGATE Global in India before coming to UK. He started his career in software firm Suncosys technologies limited, Bangalore India.
He is the first Indian and telugu person contested for both town and district council elections held on May 2015 at UK as Indian citizen holding Indian passport. With his hard work and helping hand in the society now Nagaraja is the councillor, South ward, Yeovil town council, UK.
As a part of charity for the poor people he started Akkisetty charitable trust in Kadapa and he is the founder and chairman of the trust.
Nagaraja is the President of Telugu Rakshana Vedika, UK/Europe region in Telugu Desam party.
He is the Team Coordinator of UK Telugu Association and also in the past he worked as district general secretary, TSNV, Telugu Desam party.
