Dasri Sai Reddy is the chariman and co-founder of „Telugu Velugu Germany (TVG) e.V., a non-profit organizsation of telugu origin people residing in Germany.
Since the inception of TVG in 2006, Sai Reddy is a very highly honored member of the executive committe, building strong relationships with all Indian, Indo-German non-profit communities and also the government bodies and diplomatic missions in Germany and across borders.
Under the respected leadership and guidance of Sai Reddy, TVG has been successfully organising many cultural events promoting the indian and telugu tradition in germany, thus actively facilitate the Telugu community in Germany to make their living content and blissful, and also actively organising the charity events also to raising funds for various causes (Tsunami in 2004, Hudhud …)
Over the last 15 years, Sai Reddy has built a healthy and strong network amongst others, with German official institutions such as the German immigration office and the office of the Mayor in Frankfurt, thereby helping fellow Indians in immigration or administrative challenges and issues.
Consulate General of India in Frankfurt, for his effortless services offered to the people, recognised him as the first point of contact for any help and support in need to the telugu community Germany, such as the repatriation of deceased and in that process helping their families back in India morally and also financially by raising funds.
n the process, he becomes the well-wisher of all „go-to“ man, for his invaluable efforts to always help the people in need and support them to master their challenges of any nature.
Sai Reddy, 79 years old, came to Germany in the year 1965 to persue the higher education in Germany. He served Adam Opel AG until his retirement, starting his career as „industrial foreman“ in the year 1976. He is married having 2 kids living in Kastel, Germany, never retired at offering the services to the mankind in need beyond stretching the limits to the extent possible beyond anyones imagination.
He urges the Young Generation not to take their lives at their will leaving the families and loved ones in dismay. In his own words, „Young Generation“ must learn to expect the unexpected and in the process be strong to master them as to become more stronger to live on, but“.
Sai Reddy, a kind-hearted people person, thanking „God“ every morning he wakes up, for offering him another day to live on and help serve the needy.
