Bharat Verein e.V. celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India along with its 60th Foundation Anniversary at Saalbau Nordwest Zentrum, Frankfurt on 16 August 2025. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of around 300 members of the Indian community.
The celebration featured vibrant cultural and dance performances by artists dressed in traditional attire, beautifully reflecting the rich diversity and heritage of India.
Mr. Sanjay Jaswal, Consul, on behalf of the Consulate General of India in Frankfurt, conveyed Independence Day greetings and warm wishes to the Indian community. He commended the remarkable contributions of Bharat Verein e.V. in promoting Indian culture, traditions, and fostering Indo-German friendship over the past six decades. He also appreciated the dedicated efforts of the office bearers and volunteers in organizing the memorable event.
