The Consulate General of India, Munich, has announced that it will be organizing a Consular Camp in Mannheim to provide convenient access to consular services for the Indian community in the region.

⏰ 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
📍 Venue: N1/Stadthaus (Paradeplatz), Room 52/53, 68161 Mannheim
Services at the Camp :
During the camp, individuals will be able to:
- Submit applications for various consular services*
- Seek clarifications, guidance, and answers to consular-related queries
*Applicants are requested to check the Consulate’s website for detailed information and the checklist of documents required for each service, as incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Important Notes for Applicants
- Minor OCI Applicants
- Either of the parents must carry the original documents of the other parent during submission of the application.
- Adult OCI Applicants
- Capturing of biometrics (fingerprints & face) is mandatory.
- Applicants are therefore advised to submit their applications directly at Alankit Global (ICAC), Munich for this purpose.
This initiative reflects the Consulate’s ongoing efforts to bring essential services closer to the Indian community residing in and around Mannheim.
