2021 National Census in Poland By GUS

KIND ATTENTION

Embassy of India in Warsaw would like to inform about the 2021 National Census in Poland run by GUS. The census is mandatory for citizens and residents (therefore also foreigners with a residence permit) in Poland.
Forms must be filled in until 30 September 2021.
The online form is available in English at: https://nsp2021.spis.gov.pl/#/login?redirect=%2Fobligations
You do not need PESEL number to register and fill in the form. Click “I don’t have PESEL number, please give me access to another method” button and you will be asked to verify your identity by email.
Questions will concern your gender, age, nationality, housing, lifestyle, believes, religion etc.
The gathered data will be used for statistics on population and housing in Poland.
The online form is mandatory. However, the census takers may contact you via phone

(incoming calls: 22 828 88 88 or 22 279 99 99).

Consider it an additional, not obligatory, option. Please, remember to verify the census taker before giving your answers
