The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) has opened applications for the ICCR Scholarship Programme 2026–27 through its A2A portal from 27 February 2026. Eligible students are encouraged to apply and carefully review the age criteria, course eligibility, and documentation requirements before submission.
