External Affairs Minister of India Dr. S. Jaishankar met with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
During the meeting, he conveyed warm greetings from Prime Minister Narendra Modi and handed over a personal message.
The Minister also told President Putin about negotiations with Ministers Manturov and Lavrov and expressed gratitude for his guidance on the further development of bilateral ties.
