The Embassy of India in Brussels hosted a soulful evening of Carnatic music, showcasing a rare ensemble of four traditional instruments—Chitraveena, Saraswati Veena, Mridangam, and Flute—alongside a Carnatic vocalist. The harmonious interplay of these instruments created a mesmerising symphony that was met with repeated rounds of applause from an appreciative audience.
Mrs. Smriti Srivastav, spouse of the Ambassador, presented Certificates of Appreciation to the talented artists:
✨️Dr. B. Vijayagopal (Flute)
✨️Mr. P. Ganesh (Chitraveena)
✨️Mr. Nikshith (Mridangam)
✨️Ms. Srilatha (Saraswati Veena)
✨️Dr. Uma Ramakrishnan (Carnatic Vocalist)
A truly memorable celebration of India’s rich classical music tradition.
