Embassy of India, Berlin and India in Germany (Consulate General of India, Hamburg) organised PBSA ceremony in Hannover where Amb Harish Parvathaneni presented the PBSA to Dr Bala Ramani for his work in education and commended his work in promoting India Germany relations.
Mr Stephan Weil, Minister President of Lower Saxony and Mr Adis Ahmetovic, MdB SPD-Fraktion im Bundestag and Member of the Foreign Affairs Committee also spoke on the occasion.
