Ambassador Dinesh K. Patnaik recently held a fruitful meeting with Spain’s Minister of Culture, Mr. Ernest Urtasun, to discuss the strategic roadmap for the India-Spain Dual Year 2026. This landmark initiative is designed to celebrate the rich cultural heritage and shared values of both nations while fostering deeper bilateral cooperation in various cultural, educational, and artistic fields.
