The Consulate General of India Munich will organize a Consular Camp in Mannheim to assist members of the Indian community with various consular services.

⏰ Time: 11:00 hrs – 14:00 hrs
📍 Venue: N1/Stadthaus (Paradeplatz), Room 52/53, 68161 Mannheim
During the camp, applicants can submit applications for various consular services. Consular officials will also be available to address queries, clarifications, and other service-related matters.
🔹 For minor OCI applicants, either parent may submit the application by bringing the original documents of the other parent during submission.
🔹 Applicants are requested to carry original copies of all required documents for verification at the camp.
⚠️ Important Notes:
- Cash payments will not be accepted at the Consular Camp. Fees must be paid via bank transfer to the Consulate General of India, Munich, and the payment receipt must be attached to the application.
- Applicants are advised to check the Consulate’s website for the detailed checklist of required documents. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
