Advancing India–EU Cooperation in Clean Energy 🇮🇳🇪🇺
The Embassy of India in Brussels, in collaboration with European Centre for Development Policy Management, organised a panel discussion on India–EU cooperation in clean energy technologies.
Cd’A Dr. M. Balaji highlighted the immense potential of the sector in the context of the India–EU FTA and the broader bilateral strategic agenda. Discussions focused on the rapidly evolving EU policy landscape, including key frameworks such as the India-EU Trade and Technology Council and the India-EU Clean Energy and Climate Partnership.
The panel also explored opportunities and challenges for Indian industry in the clean energy transition.
The event witnessed strong participation, with over 80 attendees from the European Commission, think tanks, and industry representatives.
