Hindi language and literature teaching continues to gain momentum across European universities. A Regional Hindi Conference was organised at Romanian-American University from 28–29 January in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, bringing together scholars, professors and writers from 28 countries to deliberate on strengthening Hindi and other Indian languages globally.

The conference featured discussions on Hindi as a global cultural bridge, challenges in Hindi linguistics, innovative teaching methodologies, and the growing role of AI in language empowerment.
