At the Scottish Parliament today, High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami addressed the Cross-Party Group on India, highlighting the landmark 🇮🇳🤝🇬🇧 India–UK Comprehensive Economic & Trade Agreement (CETA).
This agreement is set to:

📈 An estimated £190 million boost to Scotland’s economy
📢 Lower tariffs on Scotch whisky, salmon, and premium food exports, alongside reduced duties for Indian sectors such as textiles, leather, pharmaceuticals, and machinery
🎓 Enhanced collaboration in services, technology, and education
