The Indian Film Festival in Glasgow Kicks Off at GFT

The Indian Film Festival opened today at the Glasgow Film Theatre (GFT) with the screening of Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara — a film that beautifully celebrates friendship, adventure, and cultural bonds, making it the perfect curtain-raiser for this India–Scotland cinematic journey.

Running from 12–14 September, the festival will showcase the richness of contemporary Indian cinema through acclaimed films in Hindi, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Bodo, and Tamil.

We extend our gratitude to GFT, Momentum Films, and Glasgow Indians for their support in bringing this festival to life.
