The Embassy of India in Rome will organize a one-day Consular Camp at the Sala “Mascalcia” (former Scuderie), Villa Niscemi, Piazza dei Quartieri 2, Palermo, on Sunday, 28 September 2025, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Services Available at the Camp:
- Acceptance of passport applications
- Acceptance of PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) applications
- Acceptance of Indian passport surrender forms
- Acceptance of OCI applications
- Delivery of printed passports
- Delivery of printed OCI cards
- Delivery of approved certificates
- Delivery of approved PCCs
Registration:
Applicants are requested to register in advance by sending an email to cons.rome@mea.gov.in with the following details:
- Name
- Passport number / OCI card number / Application number
For Delivery of Documents:
To collect printed passports, OCI cards, or approved certificates during the camp, please send your passport application reference number (ARN) or OCI application registration number by email to cons.rome@mea.gov.in no later than 23 September 2025.
