The Ambassador hosted a gracious farewell reception in honour of Mrs. Poonam Gupta, outgoing Head of Chancery and Second Secretary (Culture), acknowledging her dedicated service and valuable contributions to India–Sweden cultural relations.
The evening also marked a warm welcome to Mr. Bipin Kumar Baranwal, the new Head of Chancery and Second Secretary (PIC), and Mr. Dinesh Kumar, Second Secretary (Commerce), as they begin their new roles at the Embassy.
The event was attended by members of the Indian diaspora and representatives from Indian cultural associations in Sweden. It provided a vibrant platform for engagement, with enriching conversations centred on deepening cultural exchange and enhancing India’s cultural presence in Sweden. 🇮🇳🤝🇸🇪
