Yesterday, HRH The Crown Prince of Denmark participated in session on ‘Next Generation fuels and Energy Systems’.

Prof. Ashok Jhunjhunwala, President of IIT Madras Research Park delivered the welcome address. Mr. S. Krishnan, IAS, Industries, Investment, Promotion & Commerce Department, delivered keynote address focusing upon “reinforcing strong industries ties & further more opportunities in green energy for sustainable progress”.

Mr. Lars Aagard, Minister for Climate, Energy and Utilities spoke on “Sharing a governmental perspective on Indo-Danish journey as partners in Green & Sustainable Progress”.

A symbolic “groundbreaking” ceremony, announcement & signing of Danish Project in Tamil Nadu also took place together with exchange of several MoUs between Indo-Danish companies.

HRH The Crown Prince also interacted with incubated startups at IIT Madras Incubation Cells across domains like electric mobility, energy and analytics.
