We are proud to share that India has created a record of its own, at the Cadet Under-17 World Wrestling Championships, by taking home 14 medals. Seven of the 14 medals were gold, five of which were won by India’s women wrestlers. Best wishes to our contingent. Team India
With 14 medals including 7 Golds (of which 5 were won by women athletes) and a Gold in Greco Roman after 32 years, India’s performance at the Cadet (U-17) World Wrestling Championship has been the best ever. India has also topped the medals tally.
