The Sette Giugno is a national holiday celebrated annually in Malta on the 7th of June. This is in remembrance of the riots in 1919 when the Maltese people revolted against the British administration and demanded some form of representative government for the islands. Four people died on that fateful day.
Due to this national holiday, the Embassy of Malta in Berlin will be closed to the public on 07 June.
