to Latvia’s Honorary Consul in Bangalore, Kumara Swami Palani Balasubramaniam, for earning a Medal of Honour from India’s Consular Corps Diplomatique(HCCD). The medal was ceremonially presented at ITC Maurya in New Delhi on the evening of the 31st of March by Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Minister of State for External Affairs, for contributions to the community of honorary consuls in India. Mr. Balasubramaniam has been actively engaged in promoting mutually beneficial relations and strengthening the links between Latvia and India on various levels and aspects including in business, culture, and government.
