Frankfurt, Germany hosted the Fi Global Trade Fair, often called Food Ingredients Europe, from November 19 to 21, 2024. Suppliers, buyers, R&D specialists, and production experts from all over the world come together for this important event for the food and beverage industry.
The commerce team, along with Consul General Mr. B. S. Mubarak, attended the trade show and spoke with the exhibitors. At the Fi Global Trade Fair 2024 in Frankfurt, India was well-represented. The India Pavilion, produced by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI), demonstrated the nation’s expanding capacity for the production and export of food ingredients. About 47 Indian exporters showcased a variety of food ingredients at the pavilion.
At Fi Europe 2024, more than 100 Indian companies took part in addition to the exhibitors at the India Pavilion. This occasion gave Indian exporters a significant opportunity to make their name in the fiercely competitive food and beverage industry in Europe.
The Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, is home to the Spices Board India, which also took part in the Fi Global Trade Fair 2024. They have promoted India’s capacity for spice manufacturing and export while showcasing a range of Indian spices. The Spices Board wants to draw attention to the variety and excellence of Indian spices on a worldwide scale.
