Foreign alumni students who have studied in India are invited to submit a three minutes video, preferably in English/subtitles in English on “My impressions of India” or “What India means to me”. The video may be sent to hoc.sofia@mea.gov.in Winners of the contest will be awarded US$ 2000/-, 1000/- and 750/- as 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize by ICCR, New Delhi.
