The International Day of Yoga has been celebrated globally every year on 21 June since 2015, following its recognition by the United Nations General Assembly in 2014.
The session will be led by experienced and certified yoga instructors, following standard yoga protocols with simple and beginner-friendly asanas. Participation is free and open to all.
