Profile of Ambassador H.E. Mr. Pankaj Saxena
Mr. Pankaj Saxena took over as Ambassador of the Republic of India to the Republic of Belarus on October 12th October 2015. Prior to this assignment, he was Director (Eurasia Division), Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi. Mr. Saxena has a bachelor degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Mr. Saxena is fluent in Hindi and English and has basic knowledge of German. Mr. Saxena joined the Indian Foreign Service (IFS) in 1983. He has served in different capacities in Indian Missions in Hamburg (Germany); Male (Maldives); Lisbon (Portugal); Beijing (China); Ottawa (Canada); and Yeravan (Armenia). Mr. Saxena is married to Sushma Saxena and they have two children – daughter and son. |
