Historic Achievement by ISRO!
ISRO’s LVM3-M6 has successfully launched today, placing the 6,100 kg BlueBird Block-2 satellite—the heaviest payload ever from Indian soil—into low-Earth orbit!
With eight consecutive successful launches, LVM3 demonstrates India’s mastery in heavy-lift capabilities, sending up to 10 tons to LEO. Previous missions like Chandrayaan-3 & Gaganyaan highlight India’s unbroken track record of space excellence.
This milestone not only delivers space-based cellular broadband directly to smartphones worldwide, but also strengthens India’s position in the global launch market and supports the vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat.
