The Embassy of India, Bucharest, in collaboration with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), organised a B2B event on Mobility Partnership, bringing together key stakeholders from India and Romania.
The event saw active participation from leading workforce, recruitment, and mobility companies of both countries. Engaging discussions explored new avenues of cooperation, identified shared challenges, and emphasised the need for structured frameworks to promote safe, transparent, and mutually beneficial mobility of skilled professionals.
We were honoured by the presence of H.E. Dr. Manoj Kumar Mohapatra, Ambassador of India to Romania, and Mr. Vijay Mehta, Founder & Chairman of Medcom Group, whose insightful remarks highlighted the immense potential for India–Romania collaboration in developing sustainable workforce solutions.
The interaction reinforced the commitment of both sides to strengthen bilateral economic ties, enhance skill partnerships, and build long-term mechanisms for talent mobility that contribute to shared growth and prosperity.
