You are cordially invited to participate in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Monday 13 February 2023 from 18:30 hrs.
The AGM will take place virtually over digital platform “Zoom”. You are encouraged to attend the AGM, please use the below link to register, the details of the Zoom link will then be shared by email on successful registration.

The proposed draft agenda is as under:
* Approval of minutes of AGM held on 05 February 2022
* Consider and adopt the annual report for 2022
* Consider and adopt the audited statement of accounts for 2022
* Consider for approval the new Executive Committee
* Handing over to the new Executive Committee
* Nomination of Auditor
* Fix annual membership dues
* Any other business
Any member unable to participate may authorize another member to exercise his/her right to vote by proxy. Send your authorization in writing by email to contact@indianassociationgeneva.com 48hrs before the Annual General Meeting. The number of proxies is limited to the number of members in the family plus one additional member.
Before the AGM, we will share with you, the annual report, the audited statements of accounts and the auditor report for 2023.
