Reaching out to the vibrant Indian community
As part of its continued diaspora outreach efforts, the Embassy of India organised a Consular Camp in Innsbruck on 1 November 2025. The initiative brought essential services closer to the community, enabling diaspora members to conveniently avail assistance for OCI applications, passport reissue, gratis OCI updates, and other consular services.
An Open House was also held alongside the camp, providing a platform for community members to share their queries, suggestions, and feedback directly with Embassy officials.
The event reaffirmed the Embassy’s commitment to efficient service delivery, community engagement, and strengthening people-to-people ties with the ever-growing Indian diaspora in Austria.
