Hearty Congratulations to Latvia’s Honorary Consul in Bangalore, Kumara Swami Palani Balasubramaniam, for earning a Medal of Honour from India’s Consular Corps Diplomatique(HCCD). The medal was ceremonially presented at ITC Maurya in New Delhi on the evening of the 31st of March by Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, Minister of State for External Affairs, for contributions to the community of honorary consuls in India.
