Ayurveda Finds a New Home in Portugal
Ambassador @puneet.kundal inaugurated the first-ever formal Ayurveda course in Portugal at Lusófona University (@ULusofona).
The 25-hour diploma course, delivered over eight sessions and titled “Ayurvedic Intelligence for Mind–Body Balance,” introduces ancient Indian wisdom in a modern wellness context. The programme focuses on restoring balance, enhancing well-being, and deepening understanding of the mind–body connection.
Offering practical Ayurvedic insights, tools for stress management, and guidance on holistic living, the course has drawn enthusiastic participation from learners across diverse age groups and professional backgrounds.
A meaningful step in promoting AYUSH traditions globally and strengthening India–Portugal cultural and wellness ties.
