A Warm Evening of Ayurveda, Wellness, Nature & Community
The Finnish Ayurveda Association ry, in collaboration with the Embassy of India, warmly invites everyone to join a special celebration marking the 11th Ayurveda Day in Helsinki.
Come and be part of a warm and meaningful evening exploring Ayurveda, wellbeing, nature and community through engaging activities, relaxation and creative reflection.

The evening will feature a range of activities inspired by the principles and traditions of Ayurveda:
- 🌿 Ayurveda Circle – An opportunity to connect and share perspectives on Ayurveda and wellbeing
- 🎶 Sound Relaxation – A calming experience designed to encourage relaxation and inner balance
- 🌳 Creative Reflection on Ayurveda & Nature – Explore the relationship between Ayurveda, wellbeing and the natural world through creative activities
- 🍵 Ayurvedic Drinks & Wholesome Treats – Enjoy warm Ayurvedic beverages and healthy refreshments
- 🤝 Meet the Local Ayurveda Community – Connect with members of Helsinki’s local Ayurveda community and discover opportunities to learn and share
