On 25 August, Ambassador M. Keivom along with Embassy team joined Onam celebration organized by Indian Diaspora Association ‘World Malayali Federation’s Djibouti Branch’ at Bharat Mahal Resaturant in Djibouti.
On the occasion, Ambassador extended greetings to the Malayali community and highlighted the message of Onam about social harmony, equality and prosperity that unites people.
The event featured serving of traditional Onam lunch ‘Sadya’ on banana leaf, showcasing Indiaโs rich food and cultural traditions.
The event was well attended by members of Indian community, local govt officials and members of diplomatic community.
