Bringing Consular Services Closer to the Community
At the Consular Open House held at India House, the team from India in the UK (High Commission of India, London) connected directly with members of the Indian diaspora to provide a wide range of essential consular services. The initiative offered an accessible platform for community members to seek assistance, clarify procedures, and receive timely support on consular matters.
Officials engaged in meaningful interactions, addressed individual queries, and guided applicants through various services, reinforcing the mission of people-centric diplomacy. The Open House also served as an opportunity to listen to community feedback and further strengthen trust and collaboration between the High Commission and the Indian community in the UK.
