Celebrating India’s North-East in Ireland through Culture & Heritage
India in Ireland (Embassy of India, Dublin) hosted a vibrant Cultural Evening dedicated to the states of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, and Meghalaya as part of its State Cultural Event Series.
The event was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Akhilesh Mishra, Ambassador of India to Ireland, who addressed the gathering and highlighted the rich cultural diversity of India’s North-Eastern region. The evening showcased an engaging exhibition of traditional handicrafts, captivating cultural performances in traditional attire, and authentic regional cuisine, offering guests a memorable glimpse into the vibrant heritage and traditions of these states.
