Embassy of India in Germany organized a welcome interaction for new Indian students at University of Rostock on 17 December 2025.
In his virtual address, Ajit Gupte, Ambassador of India to Germany, highlighted that Indian students now form the largest international student community in Germany. He underlined their vital role in strengthening people-to-people ties and their potential contribution to Germany’s skilled workforce.
Dr Banerjee, Science Counsellor at the Embassy, shared practical guidance along with key dos and don’ts, while University officials provided a useful orientation for the incoming students.
