CG Ms. Shuchita Kishore Engages with VDMA to Boost India Germany Industrial Collaboration

On 2nd December 2025, Ms. Shuchita Kishore, Consul General, visited the headquarters of VDMA (Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau) – the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association in Frankfurt am Main – and interacted with Mr. Thilo Brodtmann, Executive Director, and Mr. Oliver Wack, Area Manager East & South Asia, VDMA.

VDMA, with 3,600 members, is Europe’s and Germany’s largest network for the machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, representing the economic, technical, and scientific interests of the sector. With offices in Bengaluru, Kolkata, New Delhi (Noida), and Mumbai, it underscores the importance of the 🇮🇳 market for 🇩🇪 companies.

Key discussions focused on:

✅ Promoting industrial innovation
✅ Increasing investor participation
✅ Organizing business events for mutual benefit
