India–Nordic Business Ties Take Centre Stage at Folkemødet
At Folkemødet, a prominent panel discussion was hosted in the Embassy of India’s tent, focusing on the theme: “India & Nordic Business Ties in an Uncertain Economic Landscape.”
The session featured distinguished panelists including Ambassador Manish Prabhat, Thomas Sehested (Next Step India – NSI), and Mads Schlosser, Director of India-Denmark Chamber of Commerce (IDCC). The discussion was moderated by Counsellor Ashish Arya.
The panel explored strategies to unlock the full potential of India–Nordic economic relations. Key areas identified for advancing bilateral ties included innovation, the green transition, and the ease of mobility for skilled professionals.
Organized with the support of the Press Information Bureau (PIB), Government of India, the event underscored the growing relevance of India–Nordic cooperation in shaping resilient and future-ready economies.
