🕯️ Commemoration of AI171 Tragedy | @HCILondon 🕯️
@hcilondon hosted a solemn memorial ceremony in honour of the lives lost in the tragic AI171 accident.
In attendance were Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner, Canadian High Commissioner Ralph Goodale, Members of Parliament Alan Gemmell and Ruth Cadbury, former MP Virendra Sharma, and members of the Indian diaspora, all gathered in shared remembrance and grief.
Dignitaries expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families and gratitude for the tireless efforts of those supporting them and continuing the investigation.
Leaders from the Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islamic, Jain, Sikh, and Zoroastrian faiths offered heartfelt peace prayers—symbolizing unity in sorrow and a collective hope for healing and strength.
