Yoga is a truly holistic approach to reinvigorating the symphony of body, mind and soul through correct postures, breathing, concentration, and positive thinking.
Over 190 practitioners from 13 countries attended complimentary yoga classes at the Embassy. In addition to regular classes, nine Yoga outreach sessions, including to the diplomatic community, were held in March 2023.
