Recent Guidelines on International Arrivals into Ireland

Since Sunday 5 December 2021, passengers to Ireland are asked to show a negative test for COVID-19.

  • Vaccinated or recovered there need to have Negative test report not more than 48 hours before you arrive
  • Negative test no more than 72 hours before you arrive
  • Not vaccinated there need to  get Negative test no more than 72 hours before you arrive

if  you don’t have verification of vaccination or recovery, you should show a negative (‘not identified’) RT-PCR test which was done close to 72 hours before you arrive in Ireland
if you have verification of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19, you can show a negative (‘not identified’) antigen test which was done close to 48 hours before you show up in Ireland. Then again, you can show a negative (‘not distinguished’) RT-PCR test which was done close to 72 hours before you arrive in Ireland

Only Rapid Antigen Tests which are listed on the normal EU Rapid Antigen Test rundown will be acknowledged.

Passengers must also carry the relevant medical document.Please retain your proof of vaccination, recovery or test result for 14 days after arrival.
