The Rules and Restrictions of Traveling to Poland in COVID-19

Poland is one of the European countries that has kept the most severe restrictions in place to prevent the spread of Coronavirus disease.
The country continues to enforce restrictions and warns against any unnecessary international travel.

As Poland tries to control the pandemic, it is not possible for tourists to travel to Poland at the moment.
Poland has its own risk area classification, so travel restrictions within the country do not depend on the common EU Traffic Light map.

Accordingly, the Polish authorities announced that travelers from 26 Member States can enter Poland’s territory without restriction because they have been showing low rates of infection. Other than certain EU countries, Poland allows access to four Schengen Area nations and Turkey.

All travelers arriving from any of the above mentioned countries who wish to travel by air to Poland must complete a Traveller Card.

To be allowed restriction-free entry, all travelers from these countries must also have the EU Digital COVID-19 certificate. Travellers must show proof of vaccination, proof that they have recovered from the virus or a negative COVID-19 result.
