Senior Minister H.E. Santibindit Chhay Sinarith, Chief of the Commission for Combating Online Scam (CCOS) of Cambodia, received an Indian delegation led by Mr. Rajesh Kumar, CEO of the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Center, on 6 January 2026.
The meeting, presided over by the Senior Minister and Ambassador Vanlalvawna Bawitlung, covered issues of mutual interest and explored avenues for future cooperation in combating cybercrime.
The I4C delegation also met Major General Sok Nithya, Director of the Anti Cyber Crime Department under the Ministry of Interior, Cambodia.
