In a significant step towards strengthening India’s cultural outreach, Smt. Manisha Swami, DDG (Culture), ICCR, and Shri Rajan N. Khobragade, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary (Culture), Government of Kerala, signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the esteemed presence of Smt. K. Nandini Singla, DG, ICCR.
