Honouring Bhagwan Birsa Munda’s 150th Birth Anniversary 🌿
The Embassy of India marked the conclusion of the Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh by coming together with the Indian diaspora and friends of India to pay tribute to the remarkable legacy of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, a visionary tribal leader and freedom fighter whose life continues to inspire generations.
The occasion featured the screening of a special documentary on the life and contributions of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, highlighting his unwavering fight for tribal rights, social justice, and empowerment of India’s indigenous communities. Attendees reflected on his enduring spirit, courage, and the profound cultural heritage of India’s tribal populations.
