Registration of Indian nationals stranded in Poland for return to India
Government of India will be facilitating the return of Indian nationals stranded abroad on compelling grounds in a phased manner. The travel will be arranged through non-scheduled commercial flights on payment basis.
As and when we receive instructions from Government of India on Special Flights, the Embassy would notify on its website and social media platforms.
Indian nationals who are stranded in Poland and those who wish to return to India on compelling grounds, should register online at the link

and also submit an undertaking which is included in the online registration form. A hard copy of the undertaking (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DGe2AiIlVANH8zU-Pwc8bEyav2FD_nnO/view?usp=sharing)
along with a Self-Declaration Form (in duplicate) (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1p0Wlkw6xiG6x-phQZA5uDhZDa8G_M3RZ/view?usp=sharing)
is required to be carried along by the travellers while boarding the flight.

It is advised to read carefully the Standard Operating Protocol (SOP) for movement of Indian nationals stranded outside the country, issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The web link for the same is as under:
The deadline for registration is 1700 hours on Monday, May 11, 2020. All those who have sent mails earlier to register, may also submit the online registration form.
