JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for performing Process implementation as per ASPICE /Defined QMS
- Should have good knowledge of ASPICE and AGILE methodology
- Hands-on experience working on JIRA tool
- Responsible for Defining, Tailoring, and implementing System and SW development processes
- Working on JIRA, SVN, and other required tools for Auto Industry
- Knowledgeable in Configuration Management, Ticket handling / Reviews, Quality Reviews, quality audit
- Good Knowledge of Metrics / Data Management
- Should be able to review Metrics data submitted by projects periodically
- KPI definition and implementation for all projects
- Should able to perform Quality Assurance activities independently
- Should be able to coordinate effectively with all project teams/ Customer
- Responsible for performing day to day Quality Assurance activities as per project requirement
- Responsible for Preparing Weekly Quality Report
- CSAT Collection and Reporting- Collection of CSAT with the help of PMs
- Should be able to identify High-Risk projects timely
- Should identify and lead Continuous Improvement

- Working knowledge of standards like ASPICE
- Good Knowledge of AGILE Methodology
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Should have good communication and presentation skills
- Should have good problem solving, analytical, and system thinking skills
- Coaching and Mentoring Skills
- Project coordination and knowledge of project management methodologies
