Speaking at the NDA Parliamentary Party meeting, he was congratulated by coalition MPs for the trade agreements with the US and the EU, which are expected to boost Indian manufacturers, exporters, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Under the agreement, the US will reduce reciprocal tariffs on Indian goods to 18 per cent from 50 per cent. NDA leaders welcomed the breakthrough following discussions between Prime Minister Modi and US President Donald Trump, calling the development historic and beneficial for Made-in-India products.
