On October 14, 2024, Munich hosted a pivotal meeting between Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari with overseas friends of the BJP. This gathering was particularly significant as it brought together BJP karyakartas from diverse fields, including research, medicine, and information technology, to discuss the future of Rajasthan.

The Chief Minister’s visit to Munich coincided with the “Rising Rajasthan” Investor Summit, aimed at showcasing investment opportunities in the state. During the meeting, Sharma emphasized Rajasthan’s commitment to creating a conducive environment for business and innovation. He articulated the government’s initiatives designed to attract foreign investment, enhance infrastructure, and improve the overall quality of life for residents.

Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari also highlighted the importance of women’s empowerment and inclusive governance, urging the karyakartas to play a role in advocating these values within their communities abroad. The discussions were not only informative but also interactive, encouraging participants to share their insights on leveraging their professional experiences for the development of Rajasthan.

The meeting underscored the BJP’s dedication to maintaining strong ties with its global members, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose. Karyakartas were encouraged to engage with potential investors and promote Rajasthan as an attractive destination for business, told by OfBJP co-convener Sunil Singh, Bayern.

Overall, the gathering in Munich was a strategic initiative to reinforce the BJP’s global network, empowering overseas karyakartas to contribute to the state’s growth. As Rajasthan positions itself for future investment, the collaboration between local leaders and global supporters will be crucial in achieving sustainable development.
