Only if you hold a “valid residence permit with legal residence in Germany” (a visa is not sufficient), then you are 𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐃 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲.
